Our expectation
You will contribute to our Company’s sales activities by identifying prospects, validating and nurturing leads, understanding market needs and client requirements and ultimately closing deals. You are executing together with the CEO within the Central and Eastern European region.
- Exceeding our monthly quotas in sales calls, demos and deals closed
- Working closely with the marketing team
- Expanding our company to CEE markets like Poland, Czech Republic and more
A perfect candidate ticks several boxes
- [ ] Extensive or relevant experience selling B2B SaaS (with a track record that one can demonstrate)
- [ ] Fluent English (at least C1), spectacular in speech and writing
- [ ] Driven by results and absolutely relentless
- [ ] Eager to learn and understand client and market specifics
- [ ] Driven by data - impeccably good habits in lead and prospect documentation, automating lead generation and follow-ups
- [ ] Capable of working independently and owning of their results
You will be responsible for
- Building and implementing a sales machine (strategies and tactics)
- Owning the sales pipeline and bringing home revenue

Position terms
- Language: English mandatory, Estonian and Russian an advantage.
