The Group Commercial Department creates relevance, distinctiveness, and growth for the IuteCredit brand and business lines across markets. We work together with local sales and marketing leaders to drive business in multiple channels across countries and ensure the go-to market for new strategic products and solutions. To be closer with our customers and better understand their needs, we work in a decentralised model with relevant support from Group Head Office.
To ensure quick and smooth go-to-market strategy implementation of Group strategic initiatives in sales and marketing areas, we are looking for a cross-functional Project Manager.
Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, this position is responsible for managing the creation of a seamless online digital experience of the IuteCredit website and focusing on converting website visitors into loyal IuteCredit customers for Cash product or Shop with Iute solutions. This role will also coordinate and lead multiple strategic projects across the Commercial department (both in Marketing and Sales) and collaborate with the development and finance teams. For smooth and efficient communication between HQ and subsidiaries, the Project Manager should act as a single-entry point. The role is accountable for synchronising, structuring and follow up on department weekly essential task progress.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills for PROJECT MANAGER
The candidate possesses a hybrid of technical and soft skills. He/she must have knowledge of Project Management and best practices and expertise in Sales promotion and Marketing. The candidate possesses the ability to work well both cross-functionally and collaboratively with team member across borders.
• Professional work experience in Online and/or E-Commerce related project management
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Possess one or a set of expertise from Marketing / Web development / Digital Sales / Product management areas.
• Understanding fundamental principles of sales funnel.
• Familiar and experience in project management tools (Jira).
• Fluency in English.
