Requirements:
• Fluent in Finnish language
• Have excellent English skills
• Technical knowledge and the ability to deal with various enquiries
• Can multitask and take responsibility in challenging situations

Tasks:
• Providing technical support by phone and e-mail to customers
• Responding to incoming calls / emails from customers regarding technical errors
