We're looking for a Junior Associate to join our Yolo Investments team. You'll be responsible for assisting a team of 8 people with daily administrative tasks. The position is an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of an investment fund and hands-on experience across different areas, including marketing, regulatory compliance and investor / LP communication.
Your daily tasks will be
- Handling compliance documentation for Limited Partners and corporate governance matters for investment targets;
- Coordinating quarterly board meetings and collecting relevant documents;
- Assisting with fundraising (organising fundraising docs and preparing materials for LP meeting);
- Helping to prepare internal investment memos;
- Organising deal-flow;
- Updating materials on the fund website and marketing materials;
- Assisting with administrative daily tasks such as meetings and events.
What we expect from you
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Ability to initiate your own work priorities;
- Excellent level of verbal and written English;
- Good work documentation practices along with attention to details;
- Analytical mindset;
- Legal and/or project management experience.
