What you will be working on:

Your main mission will be to answer customer queries by phone and email to help them both before or after purchasing a bike. Your friendly, understanding, efficient and professional communication will be essential to our business as it builds trust and strengthens our brand. You will investigate service and warranty issues and support our customers until they find a solution. This valuable feedback you collect from customers will be used to improve the functionality and quality of our bikes. Of course, you will also be invited to voice your opinion to improve our customer support quality. For a better understanding of our customers, you will occasionally visit bike fairs and our showrooms.

What you need to succeed in this role:

You will be a match for this role if you have previous customer support experience. Excellent German (minimum C1 level) and English (written and spoken) are necessary for you to succeed. You will fit in with our team, if you have a solution-oriented mindset, a positive attitude and if you truly enjoy working with different people. You are comfortable adapting to changing circumstances, multitasking, and tackling some stressful situations that are inevitable in a rapidly growing company like ours. Your interest in technology and bikes will be a bonus.

Who you will be working with:

Ampler bikes are made by a team of 85+ people spread between Estonia and Germany. We are headquartered and our bikes are assembled in Tallinn, Estonia and we have showrooms in Berlin and Cologne in Germany. Our offices are located in Tallinn and Berlin. We pride ourselves in having strong team values that point us to the best direction whenever we make decisions. You will join our Customer Support team working closely with our warranty mechanics, showrooms, service partners, product developers, and manufacturing that all directly affect the customer experience of Ampler riders.
