KYC specialist

We are looking for an active person to join our team as a KYC specialist. The selected candidate will assist with our verification processes and will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

• Supporting customers during the verification process
• Regularly screening for new users onboarding, spotting inconsistencies in the information provided and ensuring a best customer experience
• Reviewing customer identification and other documentation to ensure that it is legitimate
• Submitting of any suspicious customer activities to the AML officer
• Carrying out video call interviews with new and existing customers when it is necessary

The candidate:

• is fluent in English and Russian, both spoken and written
• has knowledge of KYC process
• has great attention to detail
• has ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• fast learner

What we consider as a plus:

• previous experience in ecommerce or cryptocurrency sector
• some other language skills
