Brand Manager

Pernod Ricard Estonia is looking for an experienced Brand Manager with project lead and event management experiences to join a team of passionate, positive and hard-working people. In this role you will manage some of the biggest high-energy spirits brands in the world – Absolut, Beefeater, Havana Club, Olmeca, and many more!

Experience & education:
- 2-4 years’ experience of similar positions in FMCG, Luxury goods industry or similar
- Experience in strategic planning, portfolio and brand management
- Experience in experiential marketing, events & project management
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Communication or similar
- Excellent Estonian and English language skills

- Keep track of business environment dynamics, consumer insights and key trends in Spirits industry
- Lead brand building initiatives with consumer centric focus, creativity and excellence in execution
- Brand and portfolio management, developing annual brand plans and delivering on key brand strategies in collaboration with Brand Owners, agencies and other stakeholders
- Influence and align with Sales and Operation teams on strategies and projects to reach the targets
- Build an efficient business network and act as Ambassador for the brands under your responsibility
- Be responsible for managing brand budgets with close monitoring of performance
- Set KPIs and evaluate marketing activities to identify best practice or propose corrective actions
- Manage POS campaigns ensuring efficiency in planning, buying and rotating POS materials
