Requirements for candidates

  • You have a BA or BS degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing or related field
  • You must be passionate about FinTech, Blockchain, Trading industries. A bonus would be for practical involvement in Crypto/FX/CFD trading
  • You may have two years+ of working experience in BD/PM/AM role
  • You have good organizational and negotiation skills, with emphasis on priorities and achieving goals
  • You are good in English, proficiency in Rissian or Estonian languages would be advantageous
  • You have developed sense of urgency, proactivity and commitment
  • You have a hardworking attitude and demonstrated the ability to work autonomously with a positive attitude
  • Experience with fast-growing startups will be a big plus
  • Knowledge of Crypto and/or Investment services and industry trends
  • Strong empathy for user experience and the ability to convey the complexities of digital products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • You will proactively explore, research, develop and engage in new opportunities to keep penetrating the market with an innovative approach
  • You will dive deep into technical matters related to investing, trading and crypto projects 
  • You will build up and maintain a strategic partnership with key stakeholders by cultivating business relationships with decision-makers
  • Identify industry best practices. Work with the executive team on developing and implementation of best practices
  • Making BD plans according to the company’s strategy and operation goals
  • Be a point of contact for current and prospective vendors and partners
  • Define and execute business development strategies in close cooperation with the CEO, Marketing and other executives
  • Manage the hand-over process, including a transition to the tech team after securing new partnerships
