• Will be investigating, troubleshooting, escalating and solving our customers’ and partners’ various concerns to find best solutions for our clients
• Will be working on improving our processes to solve and prevent possible problems with our software solutions
• Will be ready to expect the unexpected and tackle critical situations
• Will be the one calling on-call personnel during out of office hours and waking them up with your lovely voice
• Will be a great team member

• Have very good written and spoken communication skills in English
• Find technology interesting and brain teasers are your thing

• Know how to find your way around in vast amount of information.
• Are not afraid to ask for help

• Have a higher education or you might be still in the process of obtaining it (it’s especially great if it’s in the field of IT)
