The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to support the fast growth of our Product & Tech team and help us build a platform that reinvents the hospitality industry. Our platform meets at the intersection of software and physical hospitality operations. Powered by state-of-the-art technology, we are rethinking every process from the supply chain, housekeeping, and maintenance, to a jaw-dropping guest experience.

In this critical role you will:

• Re-invent and build the next benchmark for end-to-end customer experience in hospitality, both online and offline 
• Develop a platform to run a world-class accommodation operation with the reliability only tech can unleash
• Work closely with the development team to build an awesome product
• Stay in touch with guests to gather and process qualitative and quantitative feedback from multiple channels
• Break down big ideas to prioritize and build the roadmap

A 5-star candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, working closely with full-stack development teams
• Experience with building and launching B2C products with great UX
• Ability to break down complex problems into small deliverables, ship them frequently and learn as you go
• Ability to think strategically
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Self-starter mentality and results-driven attitude 
• Top-notch oral and written communication skills
• Startup experience and entrepreneurial mindset
• Passion for traveling
