As a People & Recruitment Specialist you'll be responsible for ensuring that we hire the best people for our entry level positions and that our recruitment process runs smoothly. You'll also be responsible for employment relations, documentation and workplace health and safety.
What you'll be doing...
- Recruitment for entry level positions - from A to Z;
- Assisting the People Partner with other recruitment projects;
- Employer branding activities - keeping our social media channels alive and attractive, promote Bombay as an employer;
- Preparing employee documentation - contracts and contract changes, employment certificates etc;
- Keeping all employee related data up to date on our people platform SageHR, working registry; monitoring absences, sick leaves and making sure that absences data is correct
- Advising people on internal People policies - e.g. absence policy, health checks, etc
- Responsible for the workplace health and safety activities (e.g. organising health checks, organising health & safety related trainings and instruction, risk analysis);
- Administering the people benefits - e.g. Stebby (SportID) account and company Bolt account;
- Being involved in other People related development projects and activities.
It is you who we are looking for if you have…
- Love for people and enthusiasm about People/HR field;
- Knowledge about employment law and experience with employment documentation;
- Good eye for details - you are very thorough and precise with written documentation;
- Experience with recruitment is a big plus;
- Hunger for learning and exploring new ideas and practices;
- Excellent level of verbal and written English and Estonian;
- Service excellence and flexibility - we always put our customers first and aim to go above and beyond;
- Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and with multiple tasks at the same time.
