Senior Commercial Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager.

 Planning, budgeting and organizing resources for maintaining properties under management according to the expectations of tenants and clients
 Tendering for suppliers to achieve the best cost and quality result
 Budgeting and coordinating the execution of repairs and renovations
 Driving operational cost control through the diligent measurement and monitoring of established metrics;
 Preparing various property level reports by analysing and summarizing the relevant key data
 Administering lease agreements and controlling landlord and tenant obligations
 Implementing a leasing program to eliminate vacancies and resolve lease expiry in cooperation with other involved departments
 Proactively managing emerging and identified risks and opportunities
 Work effectively in a team, build strong internal relationships with other departments and teams in the organization
 Continually develop personal skills through training, experience and coaching


Essential skills, attributes and abilities:

 Higher education and relevant technical, property management, business administration or other related qualification
 Proven track record of delivering property and project management services
 Excellent organization and time management skills
 Ambition to create business opportunities and a passion for customer service
