As a Product Owner, you will lead a multi-team effort to develop great products and services for our B2B and B2C clients. You will also be a member of the Onboarding and financial platform Leadership team. The Financial platform at Admiral Markets consists of Business and IT development professionals, responsible for building and maintaining
The mission of the role is to onboard customer in the shortest and effortless way possible (Customer user journey from stage 1 till stage 9).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading strategic agenda and vision for Client onboarding Solutions in Admiral Markets.
- Owning product roadmap, high-level prioritization of product backlog, and solving cross-area prioritization issues.
- Following metrics and interpreting them towards successful OKRs.
- Communicating to stakeholders, product owners, and other internal departments (Compliance, Sales and support, Legal).
- Being accountable for the product development process, risk assessment, regulatory compliance.
- Supporting other Product Owners in Admiral Markets that have dependencies to onboarding.
You’ll be the right fit if you have:
- 5+ Years of experience in product ownership Agile/ Scrum product environments.
- University degree in Business/ Economics/ Finance or similar.
- Experience within the Financial/ Forex/ Investment Solutions area and track record of owning product.
- Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Proficient in oral and written English.
