Desired qualifications, experience and skills:

- 3-4 years of experience as Supervisor/Manager in reputed organizations.
- Relevant certified education and training.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages are considered as an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure.

- Suitable applications / CV's to be sent in English language.

Key responsibilities:

-To ensure all reservation enquires are promptly handled and maximise revenue with added sales.
-Handle and resolve all Guest reservation issues in a positive manner, ensure Guest satisfaction with no loss of revenue.
-Develop and maintain staff schedule to handle reservation calls, emails and ensuring a high level customer service standards with all enquiries in conversion into bookings and sales revenue.
-Performance reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
-Implementing selling strategies and effectively handling online reservations system.
-Hiring reservations team and effective training.
-Responsible for all administration and accounting of Tallinn office.
-Effectively assisting with sales and marketing jobs.

This family business, founded in 1974, is located in Saariselkä, Lapland. Kakslauttanen hosts around 60,000 visitors each year, the majority of them from abroad. The guests include several high-profile visitors, media and international filming crews. Among others, Kakslauttanen has served as the location for Ralph Lauren and Vogue fashion shoots, the new TV show from Top Gear creators, The Grand Tour, Sports Illustrated as well as hundreds of travel programmes. During the winter season, the hotel employs 160 people from 30 different countries. The working language at the hotel is English.
