Tasks
- Audit and analyze websites for best SEO practices
- Ensuring website pages are properly indexed in or excluded from search engines
- Perform extensive keyword research
- Perform competitor analysis
- Optimize on-page SEO elements (headers, titles, tags, meta descriptions)
- Plan out semantic core structure
- Measure and track site ranking factors, internal and external links, and site content
- Track keyword results in SERPs
- Stay current with search engine trends to develop and improve SEO practices within the agency
- Assist the SEO department when needed
Requirements
- Proven SEO experience
- Genuine interest in SEO
- Demonstrable knowledge of SEO
- Highly-analytical mind with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Experience using Wordpress
- Experience with keyword research
- Know-how of industry specific tools (Ahrefs, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, Yoast, Moz, Majestic, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
- Strong understanding of backlinks and backlink acquiring techniques
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Good teamplayer
- Excellent communication skills in English - both written & verbal. Other languages are considered a plus
