What you'll do:
- Check the whole office daily and make sure that it is ready for use
- Correct and prevent office maintenance
- Manage and order assorted office supplies
- Assist Pipedrive members in office-related issues on a daily basis
- Contribute to team efforts by assisting with special projects
- Make sure we have everything we need to keep people happy at the office
What we're looking for:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Estonian
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- A friendly and ready-to-help attitude
- Ability to prioritize tasks and strong problem-solving skills
- A self-starter and a quick learner
