Crop Science Marketing Support for Estonia (covering maternity leave employee for 1,5 years)

This role is to Support Bayer Crop Science Estonia team with all kind of marketing activities, including marketing strategy build-up and realization to ensure a consistent visibility of Bayer Crop Science news, actions, events and product.

• organization of marketing events, conferences, seminars, participation on exhibitions and agricultural events
• management of marketing channels, including webpage, Facebook, newspapers and magazines
• preparation of print and web-based advertisements and materials, including leaflets, brochures, catalogues, web-ads
• support regional marketing team, in order to fulfill and be in line locally with corporate marketing strategy
• support Estonia team with product-related regulatory procedures

• university degree in Marketing
• an experience in agriculture is considered as an advantage
• strategic mindset and „can do“ attitude
• thorough understanding of marketing strategies
• knowledge and experience on working with print/web advertisements and event management
• excellent communication and negotiations skills
• readiness to work in fast changing environment and uncertain situations
• high level of spoken and written Estonian
• fluency in English
• B-category driving license
