Responsibilities

as Controller:

  • Lead accounting teams in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Ensure that accounting process is efficient, timely and meets all statutory and Group requirements
  • Co-ordinate and lead the preparation of the budgets, control the approved budgets
  • Perform reporting of GRP & SAA accounts, Statutory accounts and any other accounts required by the Group or local legislations
  • Business partnering by supporting functions with reports indicating monthly and annual results, trends, forecasts etc.
  • Sparring & Follow-up of all strategic projects and activities in the Baltic countries
  • Support top Management during internal reporting (Country Performance Reviews, Progress on strategic projects) with reports, analysis and insights
  • Align functional and countries targets, facilitate prioritization
  • Create/implement Policies according to agreed Group Business Plans and control how those are followed

as Transformation Manager:

  • Sparring and tracking of progress and impacts of all strategic projects that have a connection to Baltic countries
  • Ensure that local projects are managed according to Tikkurila Project Model
  • Ensure that strategic projects are up-to-date in project portfolio system by supporting and facilitating project owners and project managers
  • Participate in Group Project Management Team activities by developing Project Management process sharing best practice, insights and challenging existing model
  • Prepare pre-studies, business case proposals, project plans and execute named projects together with other stakeholders and parties following to defined project organizations
  • Support project owners and project managers in management of their projects

Requirements

  • Work experience in senior finance positions
  • Project management and process development experience
  • ERP systems implementation/development experience
  • Fluent in Estonian and English language. Understanding of Russian language is beneficial
  • Experience of working in international environment would be an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership and ability to influence people
