TeleSales Specialist

• Preferably 1 year of experience in sales to individual customers.
• Ambitious, talkative and energetic person who is not afraid of challenges and new opportunities;
• Effective negotiator focused on building relationships, for whom there is no situation without a way out;
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Estonian language.
• Willingness to develop the skills and learn.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Fighter, who will never give up :-)

Beneficial skills:
• Finnish language.
• Experience with Callcentre systems and CRM systems.
• Experience in public speaking.

• Selling over the phone to interested customers.
• Taking care of the highest quality of customer service, i.e. our potential students.
• Providing information and solve customer problems through different channels - phone, e-mail and through dedicated software.
• Actively acquiring new customers for the company.
• Maintaining regular relations with our clients and help solve any problems related to payments and participation in courses.
• Keeping records related to the new course participants.
• Meeting KPI requirements.
