Description
Our Customer Success team is the client-facing function that takes care of clients and users throughout their journey. We are looking for an Account Manager to join the team to build and nurture relationships with our clients.
To be successful in this position, you need to be a fast learner, a great listener, and a team player with deep empathy for clients and users. You will onboard accounts of various sizes and drive product adoption. You will also be working closely with our Product and Marketing teams, figuring out together how to provide long-term success to our clients

We replace sign-in sheets and take-a-number systems with an iPad based solution to queue visitors up by name. This allows employees to approach visitors by name, see what's going on in the location and all the data is gathered to improve staff planning and customer service.
