We develop Qminder, a queue management software that helps make customer service more efficient and personal for physical locations.

Besides your standard hospitals and government offices, our clients include cannabis dispensaries, military bases, lingerie shops, and other IT companies. 100+ clients in 60+ countries with thousands of users and 60M visitors helped and counting.


Our Customer Success team is the client-facing function that takes care of clients and users throughout their journey. We are looking for an Account Manager to join the team to build and nurture relationships with our clients.

To be successful in this position, you need to be a fast learner, a great listener, and a team player with deep empathy for clients and users. You will onboard accounts of various sizes and drive product adoption. You will also be working closely with our Product and Marketing teams, figuring out together how to provide long-term success to our clients
