COUNTRY MANAGER FINLAND

As the Finnish Country Manager at Enlabs, you will lead and guide our sales and marketing activities in the market. Through your other responsibilities within Enlabs you will be the voice of the market and through this have a decisive impact on our future development in the market.

You will be responsible for our performance in the market and together with us, your future colleagues, you will aim at exceeding our targets by ensuring that we execute better, understand better, learn more and deliver a superior product and experience for our customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Outside the above, your key responsibilities include P&L responsibility for our brands towards the Finnish speaking market and to coordinate and plan our sales and marketing activities towards the market with internal and external stakeholders.

When we look at your more detailed responsibilities, we also expect you to:

• Plan and execute customer acquisition plans
• Ensure the organization has full insights into local market developments, requirements and competitors
• Deliver and ensure content is fully localized and in line with brand guidelines
• Help localized brand guidelines and supervise brand compliance in internal & external activities
• Define requirements for product competitiveness and regulatory compliance together with colleagues from other teams
• Deliver on budget and KPIs
• Engage and set up marketing and sales cooperation with relevant external stakeholders and partners
• Participate in relevant events and press conferences

You will be reporting to the Managing Director for North-West Europe and Emerging Markets, to whom you will deliver regular reporting on market, brand, and campaign performance and through this demonstrate your deep understanding of what motivates and excites our customers across segments and products.

You should also expect to engage in regular reporting to the senior management team at Enlabs.

We also expect that you will show us that you have relevant experience and skills within brand management and/or marketing - within the iGaming industry is an advantage, but not key - and that you come with strong analytical and project management skills.

As the Finnish Country Manager you must be a native speaker with full fluency in Finnish and as the English language is the working language at Enlabs, you must also be fluent in English. Verbally and in writing.

• Strong negotiation skills required with an eye for detail in the structure of all deals and ability to deal with contracts and grasp local legislative situations
• Good understanding of the local, Finnish advertising market
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
