Requirements for candidate
We are looking for a reliable, punctual and conscientious person who takes responsibility for their work and follows instructions carefully.
Basic education is sufficient. Good English communication skills are required. Estonian is not mandatory. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage, but not required.
Previous production experience is an advantage, but not required. We value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, teamwork and being ready to work according to the agreed shift schedule.
Please note that our production operates 7 days a week, so the work schedule may include both weekdays and weekends. Working days generally start at 8:00 AM, depending on the agreed shift schedule.
Duties
- Handling and receiving raw materials used in production.
- Working with production machinery and equipment, including the extrusion process.
- Carrying out product handling tasks related to the drying process.
- Keeping the workplace clean, safe and organised, including cleaning production equipment after the shift.
- Following food safety, hygiene and internal company procedures.
- Cooperating with the production team to ensure an efficient and smooth workflow.
