We’re looking for an AI & Automation Analyst to join our central Finance and Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and business impact — from day one, your work will have visible, measurable results: reducing manual effort across teams, speeding up key business processes, and enabling Bolt to scale without adding operational complexity.
About us
With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people.
We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!
About the role
As an AI & Automation Analyst, you will design, build, and maintain automated workflows and integrations that connect our internal systems with external platforms, data sources, and third-party tools. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and People Tech teams to translate business needs into reliable, scalable solutions — and you will own these automations end to end.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows, including their documentation across ERP, finance, HR, and operational systems.
- Translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and well-documented integration solutions.
- Leading end-to-end delivery: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Monitoring automation performance, proactively resolving incidents, and maintaining 99% workflow reliability.
- Identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and improve process efficiency across teams.
- Collaborating with Finance, IT, People Tech, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
About you:
- You have hands-on experience with automation and integration platforms such as n8n, Make.com, or similar orchestration tools — you can design, build, debug, and maintain complex workflows independently.
- You are comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, event-based systems, and data formats like JSON and XML.
- You are a strong analytical thinker and owner who can diagnose integration issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes as well as manage your own backlog, align proactively with the teams that depend on your work, and take full accountability for outcomes.
- You have an eye for process improvement — you spot inefficiencies and turn them into automation opportunities.
- You communicate clearly, in fluent English, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you know how to turn a vague business need into a concrete technical solution.
- Experience with ERP systems (such as Workday, SAP, or similar) is a plus, but not a requirement — we care far more about your integration and automation fundamentals.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
Why you’ll love it here:
- Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
- Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.
- Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
- Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge.
- Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.
- Balance flexibility and in-person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days.
