Tractor Driver

EURES Norra

This position consists mainly of tractor driving and logistics, with additional farm-related tasks when needed.

Primary responsibilities
Transport freshly harvested vegetables from fields to cooling and storage facilities
Tractor operation related to field logistics and production
Safe loading, unloading, and transport of produce and equipment
Secondary responsibilities
Soil preparation, planting, and cultivation
Moving and handling irrigation equipment
Participation in physical farm work such as planting and harvesting during peak periods
General maintenance of farm machinery and equipment

Valid driver's license: class T, BE, or C
Proven experience driving tractors
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Flexible and willing to assist with various farm tasks when required
Able to speak and understand English
Strong work ethic and reliability

Overtime may occur during busy periods
Employment conditions in accordance with Norwegian labor laws, including overtime compensation, holiday pay, pension scheme, and employee insurance
Possibility of housing on the farm (private room)
A friendly, structured, and collaborative work environment
Seasonal employment from April to October, with duration and workload agreed individually
