About Us
Monemon is building the world’s first AI-powered smart financial institution, designed to help the next generation get a real grip on their daily finances. We are a Tallinn-based fintech startup on a mission to make money management intuitive, educational, and empowering for the young and bold. We are a small, ambitious team that values ownership, fast iteration, and building products that genuinely improve people’s lives.
What We’re Looking For
Your primary responsibility will be planning, building and maintaining new features for our mobile application. We are a small team, so there is a lot more to it than only writing code!
Working in Monemon you will:
- Collaborate closely with design, and backend teams
- Write clean, and well-documented code
- Review code and contribute to engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise performance
- Take end-to-end ownership of features we ship
Must-haves:
- 2+ years of experience in mobile development (we use Flutter!)
- Solid understanding of state management (e.g. Riverpod, Provider, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English / Estonian
Bonus:
- Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) experience
- Hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart
- Game development experience (we use Unity)
- Experience with Firebase, analytics and crash reporting
- Knowledge of app security and performance optimization
- Experience working in startup / scale-up environments
- Experience integrating AI tools to customer facing features/products
