Whether it’s tapping a card on a city bus, unlocking a rental bicycle, or paying at a self-service kiosk, our infrastructure ensures that mission-critical transactions are seamless, secure, and instant.
We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you won’t just be an anonymous contributor, you will be a key player in evolving our payment gateway, working across the entire stack with a focus on Java for the back-end and Angular for the front-end.
What You'll Be Doing:
- End-to-End Development: Actively build and maintain our payment gateway solution, handling everything from complex back-end logic to intuitive front-end interfaces.
- Architecture & Design: Collaborate with the team to design scalable systems that handle high-volume, real-time payment data.
- Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, testable code (Unit/Integration tests) and participate in meaningful code reviews.
- Product Impact: Work closely with product teams and system integrators to influence how our core platform is built and which technologies we adopt next.
What We're Looking For:
- The Full Stack Mindset: You are comfortable jumping between back-end and front-end.
- Back-End Expertise: 2+ years of professional experience with Java and building large-scale backend solutions.
- Front-End Skills: Hands-on experience with modern frameworks, ideally Angular.
- Engineering Fundamentals: A solid grasp of core algorithms, data structures, and clean code principles.
- Analytical Mindset: The ability to digest complex specifications and turn them into reliable code.
- Communication: Fluent in English, with a desire to work in a collaborative, international environment.
- Location: You are currently based in Estonia (this is essential for our team’s collaboration and operational flow).
