Intra Research is a European-based online market research company managing research panels and delivering data collection services across Europe and beyond.
We are expanding our team in Tallinn and looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and deliver market research projects in Estonia and internationally.
What you'll do
- Manage research projects from start to finish ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with great quality
- Communicate with clients, sales, and internal teams to keep everyone aligned
- Prepare timelines, track progress, and ensure deliverables are met
- Collaborate with programmers and suppliers to launch and monitor online surveys
- Support sales team with quotes and new business opportunities
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in project management (B2B, marketing, IT, or market research field preferred)
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

In this role, youll work with online market research projects, supporting both local and international clients. You will manage data collection projects as well as coordinate projects where our in-house programming team handles survey setup and implementation.
