About the role
As CEO, you will lead INHUS Prefab OÜ in Estonia, reporting to the Supervisory Board and working in close alignment with INHUS Group management. Your mandate is to ensure alignment with Group strategy while delivering operational excellence, sustainable growth, and a strong market position.
You will provide strategic leadership across the organization, with focus on commercial development, organizational performance, continuous improvement, and leadership effectiveness. INHUS Prefab operates a production facility in Tartu, currently supported by Group-level technical expertise to accelerate alignment with corporate standards. The long-term operating model foresees a strong local production leadership structure, with an Estonia-based Plant Manager working in close partnership with the CEO.
A strong LEAN mindset – every day a little better – is essential to succeed in this role.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership of INHUS Prefab OÜ as CEO, with full P&L responsibility
- Execute local strategy in alignment with INHUS Group objectives and governance
- Drive commercial performance and market development in Estonia, supporting sales growth and key customer relationships
- Ensure effective integration of production, office, and Group-level functions within a coherent operating model
- Build and develop a strong local leadership team
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement based on LEAN principles
- Lead key organizational development initiatives
- Ensure clear communication, performance management, and transparent reporting to the Supervisory Board and Group management
Your profile
We are looking for a CEO-level leader with the ambition and capability to lead an industrial organization within an international Group structure.
You bring:
- Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior business leader with P&L responsibility
- Strategic mindset and strong leadership skills to align people, processes, and performance
- Commercial understanding and ability to support and develop sales activities in Estonia
- Experience with continuous improvement and LEAN thinking as a leadership philosophy
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing profitability and cost control
- Experience working in an international or Baltic/Nordic business environment
- Confidence to operate between local accountability and Group governance
Language requirements
- Fluent Estonian – required for leading the local organization and teams
- Fluent English – corporate and Group working language
