Role Description
We’re looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative with strong Virtual Assistant skills – someone reliable, organised, and genuinely caring about people’s experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for our students and clients, ensuring communication is clear, efficient, and supportive. Alongside customer service, you’ll support our internal operations with administrative and coordination tasks that help the team run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, problem-solving, and wants to grow within an international company that values both professionalism and genuinely cares for people.
📍 Important note: This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in Estonia only.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Communicate with customers via email, chat, phone, video calls and social media, following company guidelines
- Provide clear and accurate information about programs, events and policies
- Track, manage and follow up on customer requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain organised records of all interactions
- Support students with technical and account-related issues (login, payments, access, etc.)
- Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve customer experience
Virtual Assistant Support
- Manage and organise documents, files and spreadsheets
- Support coordination of online and onsite events
- Maintain and update databases, CRM systems and internal platforms
- Assist with reports and daily operational workflows
- Update the Knowledge Base and master customer files
- Support Customer Service projects and department needs
- Proactively flag issues and improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service or similar role
- Based in Estonia
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Reliable internet and professional home office environment
- Fluent English (written & spoken, C1+ level)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools
- Positive, solution-oriented and proactive mindset
