At least 1 year of experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or in a related role;
Familiarity with document management and foreign economic activity (FEA) principles;
Experience or basic understanding of tender participation principles would be an advantage;
Proficient PC skills (MS Office, Excel, email);
Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work with large volumes of information;
Decent communication skills, and the ability to build business communication.
Описание работы
Document management (contracts, agreements, invoices, transport docs, certificates, etc.);
Preparing shipping documents and ensuring data accuracy;
Communicating with manufacturers: placing and monitoring orders, clarifying delivery terms and conditions;
Monitoring tenders in target countries, collecting and analyzing information on current and upcoming tenders;
Preparing tender documents and participating in the bid submission process;
Conducting business correspondence with partners, including foreign trade;
Assisting the manager on ongoing organizational and administrative matters.
