Are you a fast learner, proactive, and passionate about helping people while solving problems? Were looking for an Operations specialist to handle customer communication and be part of our AML 1st line defence team!
What you'll be doing?
- Assist customers through onboarding and provide ongoing support.
- Monitor alerts for suspicious activity, identify transactions, and ensure compliance.
- Provide valuable input to improve the product based on customer feedback and your own insights!
What were looking for?
- Fast learner - you're quick to pick up new skills and excited to know new things.
- Attention to details spot patterns - understand the bigger picture, and act accordingly.
- Proactive attitude - you think ahead and are eager to contribute to process improvement.
- Interested in the product - you're excited to learn our product inside and out to help customers succeed.
- Fluent in Estonian and English - you speak both languages fluently and reside in Estonia.
- Russian language skills - will be a big plus if you can communicate in Russian both verbally and in writing
