Requirements for candidates

  • Completed commercial and/or technical vocational training, bachelor degree is recommended
  • Several years of experience in electronics industry and/or have experience in supply chain management and logistics
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in the Estonian language and very good skills in the English language
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills, as well as very good presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • You are a team-orientated person with independent work ethic and quick understanding of new information

Job description

As an Inside Sales, you will sell company products and services. You will work in conjunction with Field Sales Representatives, Product Management and Sales Management. The focus is on building relationships and tailoring the sales approach to exceed our customers requirements. 

  • Supporting a defined customer base, developing the sales area and building new customer relationships
  • Monitoring quality figures for our customers and providing price and delivery quotes
  • Following-up on quotes; processing orders and monitoring shipments to customers
  • Maintaining successful supplier relationships
  • You will take on the responsibility of coordinating deliveries
  • As the first point of contact for customer complaints, you will provide customers with solutions to any problems they have
