What you'll do

  • Build highquality prospect lists for campaigns - Define ICPs with Sales/Growth; use Clay to orchestrate multisource enrichment (LinkedIn, business registries, company sites); find correct emails/phone numbers and verify deliverability
  • Run outbound endtoend - Launch and iterate multistep sequences in lemlist (plus LinkedIn steps), personalize at scale, A/B test copy & timing, monitor reply/bounce/meeting rates, and keep everything compliant.
  • Set up qualified meetings (not just leads) - Own the last mile: qualify interest, coordinate time zones, book calendar invites with agendas, and ensure clean handoffs to AEs.
  • Keep HubSpot squeakyclean - Import & map fields, normalize titles/countries, dedupe contacts/companies, maintain GDPR/optout status, manage bounces, and keep properties/picklists consistent.
  • Make it repeatable - Templatize and automate workflows with AI, document playbooks, and surface insights on persona resonance, channel effectiveness, and data gaps with lightweight dashboards.

What you'll bring

  • 02 years in sales enablement / SDR / sales ops / research, or strong internships/projects that show pipeline/sales impact.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Strong spreadsheet and AI usage skills (lookups, pivots; bonus: basic SQL/regex).
  • Detailobsessed, innovation-focused, processoriented, and clear written English.
  • Onsite availability in Tartu, Estonia (fulltime, officebased collaboration).
