What will be the challenge:
Own and evolve the operational execution of tenant-wide Conditional Access and MFA policies, ensuring secure, compliant, and observable implementations across the Microsoft tenant landscape. This role leads the development of reusable tooling, supports capability monitoring, and acts as the bridge between operational enforcement and architectural intent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expert for Conditional Access and MFA platform operations
- Lead script/tool development for configuration rollout, validation, and remediation
- Establish operational dashboards and reports that surface compliance and enforcement health
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement on policy drift or enforcement gaps
- Coordinate closely with IAM, Security, and Architecture teams to reflect evolving platform standards
- Guide junior team members in tooling use, operational best practices, and script quality
- Support readiness reviews, internal audits, and compliance documentation
