If you have:

• University degree in economics, business management or other similar field
• At least 2 years experience in in Category Management, Sourcing or Buying
• Strong leadership and change management skills
• Experience working in the matrix, cross country & different cultures will be considered as an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, structured and organized way of working
• Focused and results oriented personality with high working capacity
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience working with SAP system (an advantage)
• Fluent Estonian language and very goodEnglish language skills (at least on B2 level)

• Develop category business plans to meet sales and margin targets

• Monitor category sales, margins and stocks, follow-up budget fulfillment control
