We are now looking for a
PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST
to join our newly established Digital Commerce unit, which is at the heart of delivering our Omnichannel Customer Experience. In this role, you will support in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and profitable growth through data-driven strategies across paid digital channels.
You can be located in either Finland, Latvia or Estonia. We work in a hybrid model so app. 50% of the week your presence is greatly appreciated at the office.
Where is your expertise needed?
In this role, you will support in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and profitable growth through data-driven strategies across paid digital channels while helping prepare Stockmanns digital commerce presence for the next era of agentic commerce, where AI-driven discovery and conversational shopping play an increasing role.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Execute & optimize performance marketing strategy & digital marketing campaigns (PPC, paid social, display, affiliate)
- Daily collaboration with the media agency: briefing campaigns, monitoring pacing, delivering & reviewing creatives, and QA of setups
- Ensure agency output meets Stockmanns commercial and profitability goals
- Monitor daily performance across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates) and implement optimization actions
- Manage day-to-day optimization of product feeds for Google Shopping, Meta Commerce, TikTok Shopping, and other paid platforms
- Analyze performance data from various channels and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Drive the day-to-day creation of digitally optimized assets to maximize engagement and conversion across paid media channels
- Plan and execution of all campaigns from performance marketing focus
- Report weekly and monthly on key KPIs (traffic, conversions, ROAS, profitability) with actionable recommendations.
- Support initiatives that improve Stockmanns readiness for AI-driven and agentic commerce, ensuring product data, feeds, and campaigns are structured for discovery across emerging AI-powered search and shopping platforms.
In this role you will also support Performance Marketing & SEO Manager to develop data activation capabilities to activate zero- and first-party data in paid media. You will also support in tracking media budget pacing, ensuring efficiency and accurate reporting.
What are we looking for?
To be able to succeed in this role we see you need to have minimum 3 years experience in performance marketing (SEM, paid social, display, retargeting) - in eCommerce or Omnichannel Retail.
You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital channels and strong hands-on knowledge of campaign management tools.
We also value:
- Strong working knowledge of campaign management tools and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Experience with MarTech tools and product feed optimization (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Funnel, Channable)
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and understanding of how SEM and SEO work together for efficiency and improved ROAS
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus or similar) and understanding how product data, tracking, and feeds integrate into marketing performance
- Data-driven decision-making skills and eye for details
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign results, prepare reports, and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Strong curiosity for emerging technologies shaping the future of digital marketing and shopping (e.g. autonomous agents, AI search experiences, data-driven personalization)
You communicate fluently in English (written and spoken) and in one of our local languages. You have a great deal of stakeholders that you need to be able to effectively communicate with so excellent collaborating / team working skills are naturally a must have. You are a self-driven, customer-centric problem solver.
