We are now looking for a 

CATEGORY SALES SPECIALIST, FASHION 

to joinour newly establishedDigital Commerce unit,which is at the heart of delivering ourOmnichannelCustomerExperience.In this role you will support the Digital Commerce Sales Manager, Fashion in driving sales, profitability, and customer experience for the fashion category in digital commerce in omnichannel model in our three markets. 
 

You will be located in Finland in our Helsinki Department Store. We work in a hybrid model so app. 50% of the week your presence is greatly appreciated at the office.

 

Where is your expertise needed? 

As a Category Specialist, Fashion you will manage daily execution of campaigns, product data quality and site content, ensure smooth operations and commercially optimized category performance. 

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

  • Execute and optimize campaigns and category activations according to commercial plan with agreed timelines and high quality 
  • Manage promotions, set up digital campaigns, and align content needs. Deliver post-campaign analysis and performance tracking 
  • Drive actions to improve category conversion rates and sell-through% 
  • Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and stock availability in the eCommerce systems 
  • Ensure that beauty category content (images, copy, tutorials, SEO text) is optimized for conversion and search 
  • Support in optimization of E2E process
  • Monitor returns reasons and suggest improvements to reduce return rates 
  • Track and report daily/weekly sales, GM%, stock, and return metrics 
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, AI discoverability, and search intent to maximize organic and agent-based visibility 
  • Collaborate with Growth, Performance Marketing & SEO, Personalization to optimize category content (incl. newsletters) with campaigns 
  • Use insights to optimize assortment mix, promotional planning, and pricing decisions 
  • Create & produce digitally optimized content using AI tools 
  • Optimize templates and content blocks on-site/in-app for personalization at scale 

 

What are we looking for? 

To succeed in this role, you bring: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, online category management, assortment planning, or omnichannel retail 
  • Hands-on familiarity with eCommerce platforms and tools such as SFCC, Shopify, Google Analytics, Power BI, PIM, DAM (or similar) 
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital channels 

We also highly value: 

  • A strong commercial mindset – understanding timing, campaigns, product appeal, and trends, combined with a real passion for fashion 
  • Experience working with content management systems, A/B testing, CRM & personalization tools (e.g. Hubspot, Algonomy, SFCC Einstein or similar) 
  • Analytical sharpness and data-driven decision-making, including advanced Excel, data visualization, and reporting skills 
  • Experience with growth hacking and conversion rate optimization (CRO) 
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives 
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools and the ability to leverage them for content production at scale 
  • Solid understanding of SEO and AI optimization 

Other essentials: 

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Finnish 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with many stakeholders
