Making cakes and dessert for both the restaurant guests and for sale in the local hotel shop. They also do a lot of catering. They do mousse cakes and cupcakes , different crumbles with berries, carrot cakes, cheese cakes, macarons, chocolate fondant etc. They have a joint kitchen for both the a la carte restaurant and the main dining room. Working 4 pastry chefs in hotel, that is two chefs and two apprentices. Working from 09:00 - 17:00. The head chef is a Norwegian guy , other pastry chefs are Spanish and Norwegian. There are several other nationalities in the kitchen.
