Join us if You:
- Have at least 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within logistics, transportation, or shipment industry (experience in the Baltics is a strong advantage).
- Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Are fluent in Estonian (mandatory) and English (spoken & written). Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a plus; Finnish proficiency and understanding of the Finnish market is a significant advantage.
- Are self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B and B2C sales of express delivery services across Estonia and in cross-border markets (Europe, Ukraine).
- Identify, attract, and onboard new business clients.
- Analyze market trends and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Maintain and expand long-term relationships with partners and key accounts.
- Cooperate with internal operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent Nova Post Estonia at meetings, events, and presentations.
