•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
•Good organizational skills and persistence in follow ups.
•Fluent in Estonian and English (Russian is an advantage).
•Category B driving license.
Tööülesannete kirjeldus
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential new clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective customers to present services and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and activities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
