- Great communicator and team player you simplify the complex and work smoothly across teams and time zones
- A track record of driving product innovation that enhances user experience and business impact
- A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field

Job description
- Partner with the Head of Product to define a bold, clear product vision that aligns with our overall business goals and market ambitions.
- Own and evolve the product roadmap. Align priorities, define milestones, and continuously refine based on insights from stakeholders, users, and the competitive landscape.
- Drive end-to-end product delivery. Collaborate closely with engineering and QA to ensure timely execution and high-quality releases. Track progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and keep launches on track.
- Lead the full lifecycle of third-party integrations, from vendor scouting and evaluation to onboarding, relationship management, and performance monitoring.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, business, marketing, sales, and support to turn vision into action. Translate strategy into user stories and product requirements that deliver measurable value.
- Stay ahead of trends in fintech and technology. Conduct market research and user interviews to uncover opportunities for new products and product enhancements.
- Champion a culture of data. Use product analytics and user feedback to iterate, optimize, and make informed decisions that move the needle.
- Serve as the voice of the product across the business. Communicate clearly and often, gathering requirements, aligning expectations, and advocating for impactful product development.
