Job description
- Compliance Monitoring: Oversee and ensure adherence to compliance regulations, providing training to relevant departments.
- Policy Development: Create and review policies and procedures to align with compliance requirements.
- Investigation Management: Address compliance violations by recommending investigations and following up on breaches.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance compliance processes to streamline operations.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate risks associated with clients, partners, and business projects.
- External Interaction: Communicate with auditors and regulators for documentation and compliance inquiries.
- Emerging Regulations: Stay updated on new regulations affecting the industry to guide the organization accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Legal and AML/CTF teams as well as business stakeholders.
