About this opportunity:

As a Manufacturing Process Coordinator (internally known as BA Process Coordinator) at Ericsson, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage and optimize processes within the Board Assembly (BA) operations. 
In this role, you will involved executing standard procedures, while also analyzing data and recommending improvements to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. A key aspect of your responsibilities will include coordinating and supporting Board Assembly projects, production shop floor and driving changes to increase overall BA Production outcome.

This position is based at our Tallinn Factory on Peterburi be tee 67a with occasional flexibility for hybrid work. To be considered for this opportunity you need to reside in Estonia and have valid working rights in Estonia. 

What you will do:

  •  Monitor and ensure adherence to established processes and standards across all shifts to maintain consisted production quality
  •  Identify opportunities by analyzing data for process improvements and lead initiatives to implement new procedures. 
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and integrate innovative solutions that enhance efficiency. 
  • Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for optimization.
  •    Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
  • Lead root cause analysis for any quality issues and develop corrective and preventive actions. 
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance Board Assembly Production Processes
  • Collect Board Assembly Production Supervisor feedback for analyzing and implementing new WoW with BA Process Engineering department.
  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement programs. Generate regular reports on production metrics, project statuses and improvement outcomes. 
  •  Work with Production Quality department to align production processes with quality benchmarks

The skills you bring:

  • Bachelors degree in equivalent qualification or previous experience in manufacturing process, preferably in electronics
  •  Previous experience of production process control, optimization principles
  •   Strong data analytical skills (Excel, Power Bi etc)
  • Experience of ERP and production systems SAP, Evocon and others used in production sites
  •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across departments 
  •  English is a must, Russian and Estonian is preferable but not needed
  •    Good Problem-solving skills
