In this role you will be responsible in following areas:
- Asset Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the asset database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse with support asset data quality, identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to gather asset information, address inquiries, and provide updates on asset status.
- Process Improvement: Actively participate in identifying and implementing improvements to asset management processes.
- Information Gathering and Analysis: Research and gather relevant information on asset management best practices, industry trends, and new technologies.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and insights with colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and informed team environment.
What do we expect from you?
- Good computer skills (MS Excel)
- Good English and Swedish in speech and writing
- Hands on experience in Asset Management
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to work on your own initiative, problem solving skills
