The Nordic Quality Assurance (NQA) unit is responsible for testing and monitoring of the Nordic and Baltic Members firms compliance with the System of Quality Management (SoQM).

Join our growing NQA team and perform implementation and efficiency testing of SoQM controls for the nine KPMG member firms, follow-up remediation of findings, and facilitate the evaluation of the member firms compliance with the International Standard of Quality Management (ISQM1) requirements. Get the chance to participate in projects to develop and strengthen NQA internal processes and procedures.

• Testing Implementation and Operating Effectiveness of SoQM controls.

• Testing of remedial actions following findings and deviations identified by NQA in SoQM controls.

• Assisting in the evaluation of the Member Firms SoQM compliance.

• Performing Compliance Testing.

• Contributing to the development of the NQA.

• 3-5 years of experience with compliance testing (e.g., quality system testing, SOX controls), external auditing and/or assurance services, internal auditing and internal control systems.

• Fluent in English. Knowledge of any of the members firms working languages is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and take on responsibility for organizing own work and deliver on time.

• High integrity and good team worker.

• High attention to accuracy and details.
