• Understanding of organisations architecture, based on hands-on experience

• Proven track record as an analyst and experience in project management, or a keen interest in gaining project management skills.

• Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications

• Understanding of data flows where data is generated and where it is used, how flows are managed and how data changes in transition

• Ability to describe the relevant analytical findings by writing detailed report in Estonian and English

• Good command of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications

• Interest in further developing skills in analysis and visualising

• Bachelor or Masters degree in formal sciences, business or finance

• Dedicated, independent and self-managing employee
