About this opportunity:
Ericsson Estonia Supply Chain is looking for an Purchaser with international purchasing experience. You will secure material and components availability for our smart manufacturing and communicate daily with our suppliers across the glob to ensure good collaboration and relationships. This is a hybrid ( 3 days per week on site) position Monday to Friday based at our Tallinn Peterburi tee 66 office.
As a Purchaser, you will:
• Execute daily material call-off in order to secure material availability
• Act upon and solve disturbances in the supply chain
• Represent Ericsson at supplier meetings as the interface for daily communication
• Analyze supplier performance providing relevant input for global assessments
• Communicate supply status to relevant stakeholders
• Monitor and update the ERP system (SAP) to ensure correct supplier master data
• Monitor and solve issues occurring in the invoicing process
• Participate in supply chain improvement projects
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Previous experience in international purchasing
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
• Previous experience managing purchases in SAP
• Analytical and basic financial skills
• Education is supply chain management or logistics
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge and adapt to changes
• Strong business focus and target orientation
