Requirements for candidates:

• Possess a university degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, demonstrating excellent skills in its utilization.
• Exhibit a strong personality with a structured mindset, ensuring adherence to deadlines and punctuality.
• Fluent in both English and Estonian languages, enabling effective communication.
• Proficient skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, are required.
• Hold a valid B category driving B license.
• Knowledge or experience in designing retail locations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with 3D design programs is considered advantageous.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Create interior (architectural, technology, etc.) and exterior store layouts according to concepts and internal/external regulation standards for new and remodeled stores.
• Provide sketches for land plots and ideas for shopping centers.
• Develop projects with external architects, securing store concepts and constructional standards.
• Be responsible for the successful development of projects.
• Support projects during the development and construction process.
