We are part of the Nordic Aviation Group, a trusted Capacity Provider Airline group owned 100% by the Republic of Estonia. The multicultural company together with our second brand Xfly/Nordica has become one of the mayor CPA providers in Europe and currently employs over 650 people from 30 different nationalities. We have bases in Tallinn, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Turku, Aarhus, Vilnius, Sofia, Lisbon, Munich and Hamburg. We provide long-term ACMI services for major airlines in Europe.
Our current fleet consists of 22 aircraft, consisting of between ATR72-600s, CRJ900s, and Airbus A320s, and is continuously growing. We operate ACMI production under “wet-lease” contracts and on behalf of our customers. We currently actively recruit new talents all over Europe to support our ambitious growth plan. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using SSIS to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
- Create and maintain data warehouse schema, data models, and database objects using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Develop and optimize MDX queries and calculations in Analysis Services to provide multidimensional data analysis capabilities.
- Collaborate with business users and data analysts to gather and understand requirements, analyze data, and develop insights to drive decision-making.
- Perform data profiling, data validation, and data cleansing to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, data modeling, and reporting performance.
Requirements and Experience:
- Proven experience as a BI Developer, with a strong focus on SQL, Power BI, SSIS, and Analysis Services in MDX.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, including data modeling, database design, and ETL processes.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies, particularly SQL Server.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and create meaningful insights through visualizations and reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the airline industry is a plus.
